2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment Requirement:
    A 30% to 50% advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any service, project, or engagement. The exact percentage will be communicated based on project scope.

  • Remaining Balance:
    The remaining balance must be paid as per the milestones or final delivery terms stated in the project agreement or invoice.

  • No Work Without Advance:
    Work will not begin unless the agreed advance payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds:
    KV Tech Digital maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Once payment is made—whether partial or full—it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including project cancellation, delay from the client’s side, or dissatisfaction with creative direction after work initiation.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide timely access, content, approvals, and communication to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Any delay from the client’s side may result in project delay, but it does not affect the payment schedule or refund clause.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to use the final deliverables. Until then, all designs, concepts, and content remain the sole property of KV Tech Digital.

6. Termination

  • KV Tech Digital reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project due to violation of terms, non-payment, or breach of agreement. No refunds will be processed in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Clients must review deliverables within the revision period; delays in feedback are the client’s responsibility.

8. Modifications

  • KV Tech Digital may revise these Terms at any time without notice. The updated version will be effective from the date of publication on our website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [India], with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [Ahmedabad or Gujarat jurisdiction, if applicable].
